Analysis on the Integration Path of “One Belt And One Road” International Railway Transportation Rules

With the rapid growth of Sino-European international trade and ongoing development “One Belt And One Road”, it can be predicted that status railway transportation in logistics system will greatly enhanced, which urges us to further study rules freight transportation. At present, pattern transport by is two conventions cargo association contract. In addition, existing China also has some problems such as being too administrative, needs reformed urgently. By comparing contents listing possible conflicts substantive laws various countries involved conventions, this paper designs a set dispute settlement mechanism for Road” transport, puts forward suggestions on integration transport.
